导电胶
DDJ—58导电胶
主要组成：
由环氧树脂、潜伏性固化剂、银粉及适量溶剂组成。
使用工艺条件：
胶液需5℃以下贮存。
胶液从冰箱中取出，需在室温下放置1小时以上，待恢复到室温后，方可打开瓶盖。
使用胶液前需充分搅拌。
胶液可用乙二醇****，乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯，或其他可溶解环氧树脂的有机溶剂稀释。
固化条件：150℃×1h，延长固化时间或提高固化温度，有利于提高导电性和粘接强度。
固化用烘箱，必须装有良好的通风循环装置，确保烘箱温度分布均匀。
胶液贮存有效期为5℃以下半年，25 ℃以下一个月。

用途特点：
用途：适用于石英晶体谐振器、激光二极管及电位器等的粘接。
特点：单组分，具有触变性，工艺性、导电性优良，其性能达到日本三健3301F的水平。
注意事项：
低温密闭干燥贮存，用完后立即放入冰箱内。
胶液属于可燃物品。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
胶液属低毒类物品，应避免胶液与皮肤接触，一旦接触，应及时用酒精或丙酮擦洗，再用肥皂和水冲洗。
